Third generation french cheesemaker, Matthieu Megard, produces this surface ripened white mould cheese made with the organic milk of cows grazing on Great Ocean Road pastures. A luscious double brie cheese, expect nothing less then rich, creamy, butter falvour with a hint of mushroom in the edible rind.


Serving suggestion: Leave at room temperature for one hour before serving. Alternatively, bake with garlic and rosemary.
